We reserve the right to send certain communications relating to our products and services to assist in shipping and delivering the sumo gear you ordered. We even limit access to your personal information from our employees, unless they reasonably need to come in contact with that information to provide your products and services. |

| If you receive an email from us, then we either obtained your email address when you expressed an interest in renting the Sumo Gear, or you registered, purchased, or otherwise informed us of your ongoing interest. We will always extend the common courtesy of controlling the frequency of our mailings, while continuing with the security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data contained within our system. |

| RETURN POLICY: SUMO SUITS AND RELATED GEAR |

| FedEx is scheduled to pick-up the package. If the package is not ready for pick-up, additional fees will apply. If the package is not ready or available after the first attempt, a $75.00 late fee will be applied. If it is not picked up after two attempts, we will consider the items lost or stolen and the retail value of the suits and gear will be charged, plus the late charges can/will apply. When ordering from SUMO NATION you agree to the terms of the Return Policy. |

| RETURN POLICY: SUMO SUITS AND RELATED GEAR |
We arrange for the return of the Sumo Rentals, by directing FedEx to come to your door for pick-up. We just ask you to have it packed, sitting on your doorstep, and ready to go the morning of the scheduled shipment.
Once an order is placed, orders are FINAL. Once the item has shipped, all sales are FINAL. The following offers efforts to assist when unforeseen happenings occur. There is a $189.00 FEE on all cancelled orders that cannot be rescheduled. In the event that an emergency necessitates the postponement of your scheduled Sumo Rental, we will work with you as long as the suits and gear were not yet shipped to you. In order to assist in rescheduling your Sumo Wrestle Mania, an advanced notice of at least two weeks is almost mandatory as we require lead time for shipment and several days would be needed to assure equipment availability. In regard to any date changes, SUMO NATION expects the rescheduled date to fall within two weeks before and two weeks after the originally dates.
If the shipping container with our sumo suits and gear is lost or stolen before FedEx picks it up for return shipment, the total replacement cost due will be $2575.50. Upon receiving the returned SUMO NATION shipping container, a complete inventory of the container will be taken. If the shipping container is found to be missing any sumo gear, we will contact you, disclose the missing gear, and offer you the opportunity to search for the item(s). If you are fortunate enough to locate the missing gear, you will be required to pay the cost of shipping the item(s) back to SUMO NATION. For any gear that is lost or stolen, the following charges can/ will apply: |
